Цифровой сертификат Covid-19: бессрочно или со сроком годности?

Выдаваемый в Латвии цифровой сертификат Covid-19 не имеет срока годности. Между тем, в ряде других стран ЕС действие этого свидетельства ограничено конкретной датой. Почему?
